W.C.S.C is our womens group serving Christ through Christian fellowship, bible study, missionary support, and church support. Every May is thank offering month for the W.C.S.C.
LAUREL STREET ABLAZE
WHEN: Every Monday night.
WHERE: At the church.
TIME: 6 P.M.
This is our teen group for ages 13 and older teens. This an exciting new ministry. Kids have fun with games and learn more about Christ through bible study and group discussion.
SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY-WOODLEY'S
WHEN: Every Monday night.
WHERE: Pearl City.
TIME: 7 P.M.
This small group is a continuation of the 40 Days of Purpose small groups. This group studies a wide range of topics and how they affect our lives today according to the scruptures.
CRAFTY LADIES
WHEN: Every Monday night.
WHERE: At the Church.
TIME: 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
Crafty ladies do many types of needlework. Each person does her own preference. We have knowldgeable people to teach crocheting and knitting. Each year we make a quilt which is auctioned off at our annual fund raiser(held the same day as annual Pork Roast). Sometimes we just sit and talk. We welcome anyone interested in needlework to join us. There is no fee or dues, just "down to earth" good fellowship.
PRAISE TEAM
WHEN: Wednesday Night.
WHERE: At the Church.
TIME: 6:30 P.M.
The purpose of the praise team is to help facilitate the congregation into sincere worship through scripture and music. A worship leader in the church must know Jesus Christ as Savior and have a personal relationship wtih Him. He or she must strive to have a lifestyle that is both pleasing and right before God. Ultimately living a humble, patient, loving and gentle life, will flow out and be expressed into glory and praise to God. Practices generally run an hour to an hour and half with prayer and praise leading the evening. Individuals who are interested should have a talent of singing or playing an instrument and a heart to faithfully serve God.
