Salvation - A free gift from God
that lasts for eternity. We all need Salvation.

The following will explain
why we all need Salvation and how to be Saved.

Who has sinned?

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall
short of the Glory of God."

What are the wages of sin?

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death,
but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

What must I do to be Saved?

Acts 16:30-31 30 He then brought them out and asked,
"Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" 31 They replied,"Believe in the
Lord Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household."

By what am I saved?

Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For it is by grace you have been
saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-
9 not by works, so that no one can boast."

How am I saved?

Romans 10:9-10 9 That if you confess with your
mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised
him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that
you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess
and are saved."

God gives mercy to the sinner.

Luke 18:13 "But the tax collector stood at
a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and
said, 'God, have mercy on me a sinner.'

God loves the world.

John 3:16-17 16 "For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall
not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into
the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Nothing can seperate us from God.

Romans 8:38-39 38 For I am convinced that neither
death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the
future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else
in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that
is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God's sheep listen to his voice.

John 10:27-30 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I
know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall
never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who
has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out
of my Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one.

Now is the day of Salvation.

2 Corinthians 6:2 For he says, "In the time
of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you."
I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.

Whoever believes will be saved.

Mark 16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will
be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

By believing you have life in Christ.

John 20:31 But these are written that you may believe
that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may
have life in his name.

Let your Light shine.

Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine
before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in
Heaven.

What good is it for a man to gain the world.

Luke 9:24-26 24 For whoever wants to save his life
will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. 25 What
good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit
his very self? 26 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of
Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory
of the Father and of the holy angels.
